Morphology: Weedy tree up to 15 m tall. Evegreen species with cream latex. Leaves alternate, elliptic to obovate. Twigs often hollow and fragile. Young leaves in red color. Fruits at the stem or twigs and greenish yellow.

Morphology: Herbs or shrub or half woody plant up to 1.5 m tall. Leaves trifoliolate, leaflets elliptic-lanceolate, silky or hairless and papery when old. Inflorescences mostly dense, axillary racemes, white to pink or yellowish.

Found in south-eastern Asia and Malaysia. Found mostly under trees along watercourses and in grasslands, on clay and laterite soils.
